Who we are

SIC Land Intelligence is operated by Kuruvilla Worldwide AG, Switzerland ("we"). We are the data controller for the personal data processed on this platform. Contact: privacy@swissinvestorconcierge.com.

What we store

Your account data (name, e-mail, mobile phone, preferred language, declared investment bracket), your signed NDA, your platform activity (scans, plot studies, exports, purchases), messages you exchange with us in the live chat, and - if you arrived through an advertisement - the campaign parameters of your first visit (UTM/click id).

Why we store it

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to respond to your questions (legitimate interest), to bill purchases (contract / legal obligation), and to understand which marketing brought you here (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data, and no third-party chat or analytics provider sees your identity inside the platform.

Cookies

The platform itself uses one strictly necessary session cookie for sign-in. The public landing page only loads Google advertising measurement if you accept it in the cookie notice - declining changes nothing about how the platform works.

How long

For as long as your account exists. Chat messages and CRM records live with the account. Backups rotate on the hosting platform.

Your rights

You can request a full export of every byte we store about you (Account → Privacy → "Request my data (via support)" - we deliver it within 30 days, usually much faster), correct your details, or request deletion of your account (Account → Privacy → "Request deletion" - we confirm within 7 days). You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or your local supervisory authority.
